On Mondays and Fridays, we are in COLUMBIA at the Be the Change Health & Wellness Center.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we are in SILVER SPRING at the Dr. Edris Osteopathy office.

• If you are planning ahead for appointments, note that we will be out of the office from Nov 12-28, 2025 and will be limiting new patient visits that month. If you need care when we are out of the office, here is a map of local osteopaths.
• If you need to change or cancel your visit, please do so with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation or missed appointment fee.
